2 Ingredient Ganache

This ganache is so simple and quick! It only uses two ingredients, and can be used for dipping or pouring over treats. You can also let it cool and thicken and spread onto cakes.


You'll need:

-One 12 oz. bag of vegan chocolate chips

-1 cup full fat coconut milk (other plant milks can be used, but coconut milk or cream from a can is best)


Method:

Place chocolate chips in a bowl and set aside.


Bring coconut milk to a simmer. Once it simmers, remove from heat and immediately pour over your chocolate chips. Gently whisk until all of your chocolate is melted and milk is incorporated.
