Mom's Magic Cookie Bars

I feel like every family has their variation of this cookie - often done as a 7 layer bar - but this was my easy peasy version growing up.
You’ll need:
-1 box vegan graham crackers, crumbled
-1 stick vegan butter (1/2 cup), melted
-Chocolate chips
-Shredded coconut
-Sweetened condensed coconut or oat milk (enough to just cover the top ->I used too much, so I would use approx. 1/2 a can).
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x11 baking dish (can use smaller as well).
Blend your box of graham crackers until they are completely crumbled. Then mix with your melted butter. Using a spoon or spatula, coat the bottom of your prepared pan with the graham cracker mixture. Really pat it down.
Then, sprinkle a layer of chocolate chips, and a layer of shredded coconut on top. Lastly, slowly pour condensed milk over the top. You want enough to just cover the top, but you should still be able to see the coconut beneath.
Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes or until the top starts to lightly golden. Allow to cool (if you can) before cutting. Enjoy!
